Don has been a partner with Felesky Flynn since 2000 and co-managing partner since 2009. Don’s practice covers a broad range of business taxation matters. His areas of emphasis and experience include income and royalty trusts, reorganizations of public and private corporations, international planning, dispute resolution with taxation authorities, First Nations tax matters, and provincial sales tax.
Don has been a frequent speaker including a lecturer on corporate taxation in the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Manitoba for over ten years and a lecturer on a wide variety of income and commodity taxation topics for the CTF and the Law Society of Manitoba Continuing Legal Education Programs from 1989 to 1997.
