Gordon is a founding member of Felesky Flynn LLP in Edmonton in 1980. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1991 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 2001.

Gordon lectured for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta for many years and for the Faculty of Business Administration and Commerce and the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta.

Gordon has recently reduced his direct involvement in many files but, as counsel, maintains a close relationship with the firm and provides guidance and assistance to firm members.
