Since joining Felesky Flynn LLP in 2001, and during his more than 9 years with the Department of Justice, James has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and provincial superior courts in both Ontario and Alberta. He currently divides his time between personal and corporate tax planning, and dispute resolution which includes negotiations with the Canada Revenue Agency and Department of Justice at all stages of an Income Tax Act, GST, or Employment Insurance Act/Canada Pension Plan dispute.
