Brett Anderson practices in all areas of Taxation Law. Brett received his Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary in 2003. Brett received many academic awards including the William A. McGillivray Gold Medal in Law for attaining the highest academic standing in his class and the Stikeman Elliott/Carswell Prize in Taxation Law. Following graduation Brett served as a Law Clerk to the Honourable Justice John C. Major at the Supreme Court of Canada, and then completed his articles with a leading Calgary law firm.
