Prior to studying law, Siobhan obtained a Certified Management Accountant designation and worked in several industries as an accountant. After studying US tax law and receiving her Master of Laws (US Taxation) in Dallas, Texas, Siobhan returned to Felesky Flynn and has practiced in all areas of taxation law with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.

Siobhan has been a lecturer in taxation for the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation as well as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law.
