Sean’s tax planning and litigation practice spans a broad range of client profiles, from estate planning and private company reorganizations to complex mergers and acquisitions.

Enthusiastic about uncovering simplified insights for businesses and people, he excels at developing results-based and personalized strategies for his clients.

Sean received his Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta in 2010. He joined Felesky Flynn as an articling student in 2013 upon completing his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Alberta, where he received the Dean’s Citation in Law and the Chomicki Baril Mah LLP Prize in Civil Procedure.
